What file format should I supply?
Press-ready PDF is preferred for most printing. Vector PDF, EPS or AI files are preferred for cut graphics and logos.
Do I need bleed?
Products trimmed to size generally require bleed. Check the product artwork specification.
Can Tender Edge create the artwork?
Yes. Design and file preparation can be added to your quote.
Can I order online?
Standard products can be ordered online. Custom products and installation should be quoted.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose pickup where available and wait for confirmation that the order is ready.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on product, quantity, stock, artwork approval and finishing. Confirm fixed deadlines before ordering.
Can you print plans to scale?
Yes. Clearly state the required sheet size and scale and include a measurable scale bar where possible.
Do you install signs?
Installation is available for suitable projects and quoted according to site conditions and access.
